The company was founded in March 1996. It was originally under the management of Urumqi Heating Corporation(Third branch). In October 2000, it was reorganized into Hualing Group Heating Co., Ltd. In August 2014, it was reorganized as: Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade (Group) Heating Company, a subsidiary of Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade (Group) Company, Ltd.
The company is located at No. 62, North Anju Road, Urumqi, covering an area of about 40000 square meters. It has 134 employees, 26 with college education or above, 2 intermediate engineers, 1 assistant engineer, 10 senior firemen, 7 electricians and 26 maintenance men. Heating range: east to both sides of Nanhu Road, south to West Xinmin Street, west to Hetan Road, north to Hualing Jade City in Kunlun Road. The heating area has reached 3.43 million square meters.
In 2012, in response to the municipal government's project to shift from coal to natural gas, it took the lead to dismantle four pulverized coal fired boilers(29mw) and install four gas boilers( boiler model:SZS70-1.6/130/70-Q), which can provide 280mw of heat. 90 heat exchange stations have been built. The heating area amounts to about 4 million square meters. And one new gas boiler(70mw) and two gas boilers(29mw)have been built in the animal husbandry industry base, which can provide 128mw of heat. And 18 heat exchange stations have been built, ensuring the heating area of 1.6 million square meters. At present, the heating area of animal husbandry base comes to 1.13 million square meters.
Through the project of "shift from coal to natural gas", the company's employees have been greatly reduced, from the original 300 people downsized to 134 people (including animal husbandry base and boiler room of Beijiao). It has reduced the labor intensity of employees, reduced operating costs for enterprises, and greatly reduced emissions of soot, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides, and contributed to the living environment of “blue sky and white clouds”.
