The Xinjiang Hualing Import & Export Co., Ltd was founded in 2005,a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade(Group) Company limited. The company grew out of the “ Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade(Group) Dzungarian Gate Import & Export Company limited( founded in 1988), which was also the wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade(Group) Company limited. The company's main business direction is to serve the export-oriented economy. It is the window and bridge for foreign economic and trade and technical cooperation of Xinjiang Hualing Industry and Trade (Group).

In July 2005, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Autonomous Region approved the granting of “general trade operation right”, “ small-scale border trade right” and “tourism shopping agency export operation right”. It has a three-in-one foreign trade business entity that carries out the "self-employment", "agent" and other foreign trade business qualifications.

After several years of development, the company has entered the top line in foreign trade enterprises of autonomous region and Urumqi City, it has become a key enterprise supported by Urumqi city and Xinjiang autonomous region, and has won the title of “advanced enterprises in foreign trade” .
